摘要
大学生人格不完善、社会经验不足、心理的脆弱性决定了加强他们抗挫折能力的培养。为培养学生的抗挫折能力,要加强学生对挫折的认识,建立合理的认知方式,培养顽强的意志,同时,也要对他们的人际交往、学习、情感、就业等能力进行培养和引导,依次促进学生的身心健康。
Imperfect personality and lack of social experience result in college students ’ fragile mental health. Therefore,their ability of anti-frustration should be strengthened and developed. To strengthen students ’ understanding of frustration,to establish a rational cognitive mode,and to train students’ indomitable will together with the training of their ability in interpersonal relationships,learning,emotion,employment,are effective ways to develop students’ ability to withstand frustrations,and thus to promote students’ health in turn.
