摘要
市场经济体制下的企业集体主义价值观应该是集体与个体主义价值观的良性互动的、理性的、公平的集体主义,它所对应的是比企业更大的集体。企业的发展是建立在国家、社会这样的集体之上的;企业集体主义价值观的确立对企业长远稳定的发展有着积极作用;其一旦成为企业文化的一部分,也会对企业员工起着教化作用;并且当企业发展到一定程度后将成为推动企业发展的主要动力。培育企业集体主义价值观要进行正确的企业伦理教育,政府以公平为导向对企业赏罚分明,深化经济体制改革并划清企业与政府的责任边界。
The collectivism value of enterprises under market economy system should be rational, fair and have benign interaction with individualism value. The development of enterprises is based on collectives such as nation and society. Establishing collectivism value in enterprises has positive influence on the long-term and stable development of enterprises. Once becoming a part of enterprise culture, it will also play the role of cultivating the enterprise employees, and become a main impetus for the enterprise development when the enterprises develop to certain degree. To foster collectivism value in enterprises, correct enterprise ethical education should be carried out, while the government should implement fair reward and punishment system upon enterprises, deepen the reform on economic system and divide responsibility between the government and enterprises.
