摘要
完善社会主义市场经济体制是当今中国最大的实践,实现人的全面发展是马克思主义关于建设社会主义新社会的本质要求。为使社会主义市场经济体制顺利建成及人得到全面发展,必须在科学发展观指导下,坚持以人为本,深化经济体制改革,完善宏观调控和管理机制,为人的全面发展提供体制保障;大力发展先进生产力,为人的全面发展创造高度发达的物质文明;发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,为人的全面发展提供制度保障;增强科技创新能力,树立新的科技发展观点,发展人性化的科技。
Improving the socialist market economic system is the largest practice in China today,and to achieve people＇s all-round development is the essential requirement of Marxism regarding the construction of a new socialist society.In order to fulfill the goal of socialist market economic system and people＇s all-round development,we must stick to the Outlook of Scientific Development,insist on human-centeredness,deepen the reform of economic system and improve the macro control and management mechanism to provide institutional support for people＇s all-round development.We must develop advanced productive forces to create a highly developed material civilization for it,and develop the socialist democracy and construct the socialist political civilization to provide policy protection for it.Moreover,we should enhance our ability of scientific and technological innovation,renew our mind of development and develop science and technology for the benefit of human beings.
