摘要
目的探讨早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征应用NCPAP治疗对临床疗效、血气指标和肺部感染率的影响,以丰富临床经验。方法选取2014年5月~2015年10月我院收治的早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征80例,根据入院治疗顺序随机分成对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予NCPAP治疗,观察组则使用NCPAP联合PS予以治疗。治疗后,统计两组患者的临床疗效、血气指标以及肺部感染情况,并进行对比。结果经治疗后观察组的有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的血气指标改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的肺部感染率则低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征应用NCPAP治疗效果明显,血气指标得到改善且肺部感染情况较少。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of the neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and influence of the blood gas indexes and pulmonary infection rate by NCPAP and for enriching the clinical experience. Methods Selected 80 cases of premature with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome from May 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group as the order of hospitalization, each group had 40 cases. The control group was treated by NCPAP, and the treatment group was treated by NCPAP combined PS. After treatment, to collected and compared the clinical effects, blood gas indexes and pulmonary infection of them. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control after treatment, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The mend matters of the blood gas indexes of the treatment group was significantly better than the control, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The pulmonary infection rate of the treatment group was lower than the control, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To using the NCPAP for treating the neonatal respiratory distress syndrome with obvious effect, improve the blood gas indexes and reduce the pulmonary infection.
