摘要
某公司生产的等角速万向节轴杆淬火后出现杆部断裂现象。采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、低倍组织分析及金相检验等方法,对该万向节轴杆的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:等角速万向节轴杆的原材料心部带状偏析及后续的热处理不当,导致工件淬火过程中在心部形成裂纹源,并最终在应力作用下发生断裂。
Several constant velocity universal joints produced by a company were fractured after quenching.The fracture causes of constant velocity universal joints were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,macrostructure examination,metallographic examination and so on.The results show that because of the band segregation in core area of the raw material and improperly heat-treatment,the source of the cracks formed in the core area during the quenching process,and finally caused the fracture of the constant velocity universal joints under the action of stress.
