摘要
目的:探讨自拟调经汤配合TDP治疗仪治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将66例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用热敷小腹部的方法止痛,如不能控制疼痛,疼痛难以忍受时可口服消炎痛片25 mg,每日3次;治疗组采用自拟调经汤配合TDP治疗仪治疗。两组均治疗2个疗程。治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效、证候积分以及血清前列腺素F2α(prostaglandin F2α,PGF2α)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)及组氨酸(histidine,HIS)水平。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者血清PGF2α和HIS水平与治疗前比较,两组患者血清PGF2α和HIS水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者PGE2水平较两组均有显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后两组患者证候积分均有不同程度的降低,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后证候积分较对照组显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟调经汤配合TDP治疗原发性痛经能够改善子宫壁局部对疼痛递质的分泌水平,降低患者的证候积分,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of Tiaojing Decoction with the application of TDP therapeutic apparatus in treating for primary dysmenorrheal. Methods： 66 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Abdomen foment with or without 25 mg Indometacin Tablet three times per day was used in the control group,while Tiaojing Decoction with TDP therapeutic apparatus was used in the treatment group. Both groups received two coursed of treatment. Then the clinical efficacy,syndrome score,and the levels of prostaglandin F2α,Prostaglandin E2 and Histidine of the two groups were compared. Results： The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of prostaglandin F2α and Histidine of the two groups lowered significantly（ P〈0. 05）,while the Prostaglandin E2 raised significantly（ P 0. 05）. The syndrome scores of the two groups significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05） and the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Tiaojing Decoction with the application of TDP therapeutic apparatus treatment can effectively treat for primary dysmenorrheal.
