摘要
目的探讨蛤蚧防喘丸对支气管哮喘的治疗作用。方法将140例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组70例采用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂+喘康速气雾剂治疗,治疗组70例在对照组治疗基础上加用蛤蚧防喘丸,两组疗程均为2周;比较两组临床疗效及对肺功能改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异;同时明显降低血清IgE,改善FEV1、PEFR指标。结论蛤蚧防喘丸治疗支气管哮喘有较好的疗效。
Objective： To approach the therapeutic action of Gejie Fangchuan pills in treating Asthma. Methods： 140 cases of Asthma were divided into two groups randomly. The control groups were treated with Beclomethasone Diproionate and ChuanKangSu. The treatment group were treated additionally with Gejie Fangchuan pills. The therapeutic couse for both groups was 2 weeks. Results： Total effectiveness of observing group was 94. 3%, has distinct difference comparing with contrast group, the level of serum IgE and improved the index of FEV1 ,PEFR. Conclusion： Gejie Fangchuan pills had good effect in treating Asthma.
