摘要
"病证-方药-效应"关联性研究与分析有利于揭示中药复方制剂的作用基础和效应机理。在理解"病证-方药"基本内涵的基础上,针对藤黄健骨片的功能主治和临床应用,从中医学和现代医学两个角度出发,阐述和总结主治疾病研究进展、组方特点、药理效应研究和临床效应评价。通过对中西医作用机理和效应的系统阐述,分析藤黄健骨片"病证-方药-效应"的关联性,以期形成有序衔接和有机统一,为药物的临床科学合理应用提供指导。
The ＂ syndrome-prescription-effect＂ correlation research and analysis are used to reveal the mechanism of function and effect of Chinese herbal compound preparation. Based on the understanding of ＂ syndrome-prescription＂ and Tenghuangjiangu tablet＇s function indication and clinical effect,the attending disease research,drug formula features effects,pharmacological study and clinical evaluation were expounded and summarized from the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. According to the systematic discussions of effect of the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,analyzed the correlation of Tenghuangjiangu tablet＇ s ＂ syndrome-prescription-effect＂. There will be formed to be a orderly connection and organic unification,which can provide guidance for the clinical scientific and reasonable application of Tenghuangjiangu tablet.
