摘要
通过化学浸泡试验、动电位极化曲线并结合扫描电镜(SEM)对晶间腐蚀形貌的观察,研究探讨了ASTM A262B法、C法以及硝酸-氢氟酸法三种化学浸泡试验方法对不同热处理态的690合金管的晶间腐蚀敏感性检测的适用性。结果表明:三种化学浸泡方法中,硝酸-氢氟酸法最佳,能准确且快速地评价690合金管的晶间腐蚀敏感性。
The applicability of chemical immersion test methods for intergranular corrosion(IGC)of alloy 690 was investigated by chemical immersion test,potentiodynamic polarization curve combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation of intergranular corrosion morphology.The results revealed that HNO3-HF method was the best way to test the intergranular corrosion behavior of alloy 690,this method could evaluate the sensitivity of intergranular corrosion of alloy 690 accurately and rapidly.
