摘要
本工作涉及用于模块式高温气冷堆的超临界蒸汽发生器的设计参数。研究给出了传热管束的螺旋管结构设计方案和结构尺寸,并分析了其在超临界压力下的传热特性。热工水力分析计算结果证明,所设计的超临界蒸汽发生器能够满足传热和水力要求,且在设计工况下不会发生传热恶化。
The research concerns in the technical parameters of supercritical direct current steam generator used in modular high-temperature gas-cooled reactor (MHTR). The helical tube structure design concept and structure size of transfer heat tube bundle were provided, and the heat transfer characteristics of tube bundle at supercritical pressure were analysed. Based on the thermal hydraulic analysis and calculation, the design is proved to meet the thermal and hydraulic requirements and not occur the heat transfer deterioration at the design condition.
