摘要
全球化所催生的"世界政治"和"全球治理"问题,不仅仅是一种国与国的关系问题,更是人与人的关系问题,最根本的是人的存在方式问题。面对"非道德"的世界政治图景,中国传统文化中的"天下观念"和"协和万邦"的德性伦理思想,超越了"国家—民族"的思维框架,提供了一种"有道德"的世界政治:世界是一种作为文化的天下;人作为一种道德的存在,过着"合内外之道"的德性伦理生活;"我"、"他"与"我们"之间是一种"和而不同"的共在。这种"协和万邦"的德性伦理思想为当代世界政治哲学的发展提供了一种"道德政治"的思路。
Problems of world politics and global governance as a result of globalization,is not that of relationship between countries,but that of relationship between humans,in itself,is that of human existence way.In the face of amoral landscape of world politics,the concept of Tianxia of and virtue ethics of harmony among nations in Chinese traditional culture,provide a new way of world politics with morality,beyond the framework of country-nation.The world is as the culture of the Tianxia：human is as the existence of morality,leading the ethical whole life conforming to the inside and outside.＂He＂,＂I＂and ＂We＂are the Mit-Dasein of harmony in diversity.Virtue ethics of harmony among nations in Chinese traditional culture,presents a new idea for the development of contemporary world political philosophy.
