摘要
目的探究中西医结合治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床护理最佳治疗方案。方法选取我院2014年7月—2015年7月收治106例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例)。2组患者在中西医结合治疗的基础上,对照组进行常规护理,观察组则进行综合护理辅助治疗,观察并记录2组患者的恢复效果。结果 2组相比,总有效率观察组为98.1%,对照组为86.8%,另外患者满意度比较,观察组为96.2%,对照组为83.1%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性宫颈炎患者进行中西医结合治疗护理方法,能够防止并发症发展,改善患者症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the best treatment plan of clinical nursing on therapy of integrated medicine in treating chronic cervicitis. Methods Selecting 106 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes patients Ⅱ in were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 53）and control group（n = 53）. The two groups also applied the therapy of integrated medicine. The observation group accepted com-prehensive nursing, and and the control group only accepted ordinary care. The recovery effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 98.1 % and 86.8%, respectively. In addition, the patient satisfaction of the observation group and control group was 96.2 % and 83.1%, respectively, and both had statistically significant dif-ference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated medicine nursing on patients with chronic cervicitis can prevent the complications,and improve patients＇ symptoms and their quality of life.
