摘要
警察院校是教育和培训民警的主要承载基地,根本任务是培养为社会和人民安全事业建设服务的警力,而培养的关键就在于高素质的教师。因此,警察院校如何加强教师队伍建设,采取有效的激励措施,提高人力资源管理效率,就成了重要课题。文章通过调查问卷了解W市警察院校薪酬激励的突出问题,并提出针对性建议来完善薪酬激励机制。
police colleges are the main base for educating and training civil police, and its basic task is to cultivate political force for the social and people's security construction, and the key factor is to develop qualified teachers. Therefore, how police colleges strengthen teachers' team building, adopt efficient incentive measure and improve human resource management efficiency becomes an important issue. This paper explores the prominent problem of salary incentive system in police colleges in W through questionnaire and proposes targeted suggestions to improve salary incentive mechanism.
