摘要
遵循"发展性"评价理论,体现"增量"评价原则,与学校"1311"人才培养模式和"三融合"课程体系相契合的"三融、四段、多方"的学生评价体系,促进了学生学习兴趣提升、教师职业幸福感形成以及学校办学宗旨的实现。
the student appraisal system, namely, "three - aspect integration, four phases, diversified index", following the appraisal theory of "expansibility" and the appraisal principle of "incremental quantity" and connected with "1311" personnel cultivation model and "three- aspect integration" curriculum system, promotes to increase the students' interests, the teachers' feeling of happiness and to re alize the school- running principles.
