摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌(HP)慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法随机抽取收治的76例脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌慢性胃炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组各38例,对照组患者经常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合半夏泻心汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97.4%高于对照组总有效率78.9%,治疗后中医症候评分明显低于对照组,上腹部不适、饱胀、反酸等症状改善时间明显短于对照组,HP转阴率92.1%高于对照组71.1%,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前后无严重不良反应发生。结论中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌慢性胃炎效果显著,临床应用价值高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the rapy of integrated medicine in treating HP chronic gastritis of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach. Methods 76 cases of chronic gastritis patients with dampness-heat of spleen and stomach were randomly selected. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups, and each group had 38 cases. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.4% which was higher than 78.9% of the control group.After treatment, TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The improvement time of abdominal discomfort, full swelling and acid reflux symptoms of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and HP negative rate of the treatment group was 92.1 % which was higher than 71.1% of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Two groups before and after treatment had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in treating HP chronic gastritis of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach has obvious effect, and the clinical application value is high.
