摘要
以郑州地铁1号线1标凯旋路站~西三环路站盾构区间富水软土地层左线盾构机穿越西流湖为背景,针对盾构机穿越西流湖时出现管片破损、上浮等现象,对管片位移原因进行了分析,并研究了一系列控制措施和技术方案。研究表明,运用管片约束控制技术和盾构机姿态控制技术可解决管片上浮、破损等问题,并确保了盾构机顺利、快速、安全地通过西流湖,也为以后类似工程施工积累了宝贵经验。
Based on the left line shield machine crossing the Xiliu Lake in water-rich soft soil layer from Kaixuan Road Station to the West Three Ring Road Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 Lot 1,and according to the troubles of the damaged segment and the segment floating of the shield crossing the Xiliu Lake,we analyzed the reason of segment displacement and studied a series of control measures and technical solutions. The practice proved that using the technologies of segment constraint control and shield machine attitude control could solve segment floating,damage and other problems,and ensured that the shield machine crossing the Xiliu Lake in a smooth,fast and secure manner. It could accumulate valuable experiences for similar projects in future.
