摘要
苏里格气田近几年开展泡沫排水采气,有效排除了井筒积液,提高了单井产量。然而规模泡排给集气站安全平稳运行带来了影响,为解决泡沫对分离、计量、设备运行等方面的不利影响,开展了苏里格气田集气站消泡工艺应用研究。阐述了固体消泡工艺的特点和机理,介绍了固体消泡装置及对固体消泡药剂的选择,并优选1集气站开展消泡工艺现场试验,通过现场的液体和固体两种消泡工艺对比分析,发现固体消泡自然破泡时间短、抑泡时间长,消泡效果优于液体消泡;固体消泡药剂成本低、附加成本小,工艺具有操作简单、易于管理、受限条件少等优势。
In recent years, a technology of foam drainage gas recovery has been adopted in Sulige gasfield, resulting in effective draining of wellbore liquid loading and an increase of gas production. However, large-scale foam drainage also brings adverse impacts on gas-gathering stations in respects of separation, measurement, and equipment operation. So, another technology of defoaming is put forward. This paper describes the properties and mechanism of solid defoaming, introduces defoaming devices and selection of solid defoamer, and optimizes a gas- gathering station for field test. Through a comparative analysis on the solid and liquid defoaming technologies, it is found that the former is better than the latter with short duration of foam breaking and long time of foam inhibition. Furthermore, the solid defoamer has other advantages of low cost and additional cost. The technology is easy to operate and manage.
