陇南3个花椒品种挥发性成分的SPME-GC/MS分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了探明陇南花椒挥发性成分,利用SPME-GC/MS方法从陇南3个花椒品种(武都大红袍、武选无刺大红袍和武都小红袍)中共鉴定出80种挥发性物质。武都大红袍的挥发性物质共41种,其中,相对含量最高的前5种挥发物分别为:罗勒烯(23.13%)、右旋萜二烯(15.4%)、G-萜品烯(14.4%)、芳樟醇(8.79%)、G-榄香(6.47%)。从武选无刺大红袍中共检测出28种挥发性物质,相对含量最高的前5种化合物分别为:罗勒烯(22.85%)、右旋萜二烯(17.17%)、4-蒈烯(12.40%)、芳樟醇(8.82%)、G-萜品烯(7.74%)。从武都小红袍中共检测出41种挥发性物质,相对含量最高的前5种化合物为:3-蒈烯(23.69%)、β-蒎烯(7.44%)、1,2,4,5,6,8 a-六氢-4,7-二甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)萘(5.74%)、β-水芹烯(5.71%)。武都大红袍和武选无刺大红袍共有的挥发性物质14种;武都大红袍和武都小红袍共有的挥发性物质13种;武选无刺大红袍和武都小红袍共有的挥发性物质10种;3个品种共有的挥发性物质8种。 In order to ascertain volatile components from Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Longnan, 80 volatile compounds were detected from three varieties of Z. bungeanum in Longnan(Wudu Dahongpao, Wuxuan Stingless Dahongpao, and Wudu Xiaohongpao), by the method of SPME-GC/MS. Wudu Dahongpao contained 41 volatiles, and the five compounds with higher relative contents were ocimene(23.13%), d-limonene(15.4%), G-terpinene(14.4%), linalool(8.79%) and G-elemene(6.47%), respectively. 28 volatiles were checked out from Wuxuan Stingless Dahongpao, and the five compounds with higher relative contents were ocimene(22.85%), d-limonene(17.17%), 4-carene(12.40%), linalool(8.82%) and G-terpinene(7.74%), respectively. 41 volatiles were checked out from Wudu Xiaohongpao, and the five compounds with higher relative contents were 3-carene(23.69%), β-pinene(7.44%), 1,2,4,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-(1-me-thylethyl) naphthalene(5.74%) and β-phellandrene(5.71%), respectively. Wudu Dahongpao and Wuxuan Stingless Dahongpao had 14 common volatiles, Wudu Dahongpao and Wudu Xiaohongpao had 13 common volatiles, and Wuxuan Stingless Dahongpao and Wudu Xiaohongpao had 10 common volatiles volatiles. There were 8 volatiles found in the three varieties.
