摘要
学校改革要求提升教师质量,中国学校内的校本教师学习活动因为其促进教师专长和教学实践受到关注。本研究通过一项针对校本教师学习的实证研究探讨如何构建学校学习的场域环境,最大程度地支持教师有效地学习。研究证实了学校场域复杂的教师学习系统包含各种子系统:学习路径、学习情境和学习倾向,他们之间相互配合又制衡关联,保证教师学习系统生态、有效地运转,为教师学习和成长提供了良好适宜的环境。
School reform requires for qualified teachers.Due to its promotion of teacher professionalism and teaching practice,school-based teacher learning in Chinese schools draws increasing attentions.Based on empirical evidence from one school,this study investigated how to construct a school-based learning environment to optimize effective teacher learning.The findings show that the complex system of teacher learning at school consists of different sub-systems:learning approaches,learning contexts and learning orientation.They are recursively and reciprocally connected and grantees the teacher learning system to work ecologically and effectively,which provides the appropriate environment for teacher learning and development.
