微小RNAs对心力衰竭炎性反应的影响研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段。近年来研究发现,心力衰竭本质是一种炎性反应,在心力衰竭的发展中,促炎因子如肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6、白介素-1β通过影响心脏以及血液循环进一步加重心力衰竭的疾病进展。同时,微小RNAs(miRNAs)被人们证实,在肿瘤以及心血管病等方面,可以减轻疾病进展中的炎性反应过程。然而,miRNAs在心力衰竭发展中对炎性反应的影响研究甚少,为此,现总结miRNAs与心力衰竭炎性反应的关系,进一步探究miRNAs能否延缓心力衰竭的发展进程。 Heart failure is the end stage of various cardiac diseases.Recent studies have found that heart failure is the essence of an inflammatory response in the development of heart failure,pro-inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-6.interleukin-1β by affecting the heart and blood circulation disease lead to further aggravate heart failure.At the same time,micro RNAs(miRNAs) been demonstrated in tumor and cardiovascular disease,it can reduce disease progression of the inflammatory response.However,miRNAs influence the development of heart failure in the studv of inflammatory response in very minor way.therefore,inflammatory response relationship between miRNAs and heart failure are summarized,further explore whether miRNAs can delay the process ol development of heart failure.
