miRNA调控炎症和免疫反应TLR信号通路的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 Toll样受体(TLRs)选择性识别病原相关分子模式,构成免疫系统抵御病原微生物入侵的第一道屏障,其信号的过度激活会打破机体对自身抗原的耐受从而导致炎症和免疫相关性疾病的发生。微小RNA(micro RNA,mi RNA)能够通过特异性碱基配对抑制靶m RNA的翻译或诱导降解,从转录后水平对基因的表达进行负调控,但没有导致基因的完全敲除。mi RNA可精细调节TLR信号通路的起始、终止和反应强度,对于炎症和免疫相关性疾病的防治具有重要意义。
