摘要
在轧制12 mm厚的5052-H32铝合金板材过程中,由于轧制加工率不足,常导致成品板材厚度方向心部组织与表层组织不一致,不能满足用户的要求。结合生产实际,试验研究热轧道次加工率、中间退火温度和冷轧加工率对5052铝合金板材厚度方向组织均匀性与性能的影响。从而确定5052-H32铝合金板材合理的生产工艺制度,为大生产做技术储备。
In the rolling process of 5052-H32 Al-alloy sheets with 12 mm thickness,insufficient rolling reduction often causes the inconsistency between the core structure and the surface structure in the thickness direction of final sheet products. As a result,the products cannot meet the customers' requirements. The test research is conducted with on-site practice to find out how the intermediate annealing temperature,the reduction of hot and cold rolling influence the structure homogeneity and performances in the thickness direction of 5052 aluminum alloy sheets. Thus the proper process is determined for 5052-H32 Al-alloy sheets,as a technology base for mass production.
