摘要
采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对2.2 mm厚的5052-H32铝合金薄板进行焊接,并对焊接接头进行了显微组织观察、拉伸性能及显微硬度测试。结果表明:其焊接接头晶粒明显细化,力学性能显著提高。当搅拌头旋转速度为700 r/min、焊接速度为150 mm/min时,焊接接头的抗拉强度达到215 MPa,超出母材(198 MPa)9%,屈服强度达到120 MPa,超出母材(86 MPa)39%,接头硬度达到72 HV,超出母材(61 HV)约18%。
5052-H32 aluminum alloy sheet with the thickness of 2.2 mm was welded by frication stir welding (FSW), and the microstructure of the welded joint was observed, meanwhile, the tensile properties and microhardness at room temperature were tested. The results show that the grain of the welded joint is refined, and the mechanical properties of the welded joint are improved obviously. Under the condition that the rotation speed of 700 r/min and welding speed of 150rnm/min, the tensile strength of the welded joint can reach 215 MPa, which is 9% higher than parent material (198 MPa), the yield strength can reach 120 MPa, which is 39% higher than parent material (86 MPa), and the hardness can reach 72 HV, which is 18% higher than parent material (61 HV).
