摘要
目的:观察头痛宁胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:治疗组39例用头痛宁胶囊治疗,对照组39例用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为82.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头痛宁胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛疗效显著,有平肝潜阳、活血止痛的作用。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Toutongning capsule on migraine of the Ganyang Shangkang type. Methods： 39 cases in the treatment group received the Toutongning capsule. 39 cases in the control group were given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 92.3%, and in the control group was 82.1%, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Toutongning capsule was significantly effective on migraine, had roles of Pinggan Qianyang, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.
