摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月-2018年3月我院收治的腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组采取中西医结合治疗。结果:治疗后观察组视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分显著低于对照组,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项症状积分显著低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:采用中西医结合治疗腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛,临床疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,能显著缓解患者的头痛症状,是比较安全的一种治疗方案,值得在临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on headache after anesthesia in epidural and subarachnoid space.Methods:80 patient were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated in the integrative medicine.Results:The VAS score in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on headache after anesthesia in epidural and subarachnoid space shows a significantly better effect than western medicine alone,can significantly relieve the headache symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
