摘要
目的:观察补肾调周法在多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵中的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年1月在我院接受并确诊的多囊卵巢综合征患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,比较两组患者的排卵率、受孕率。结果:经治疗后患者的临床症状均明显改善,其中观察组治疗患者的总有效率是92.0%,对照组治疗患者的总有效率是72.0%,比较差异显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且无明显不良反应。结论:补肾调周法对多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵中具有疗效确切、安全可靠的优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Bushen Tiaozhou therapy on ovulation in PCOS patients. Methods： 50 cases were divided into the observed group and control group, 25 cases in each. Results： Clinical symptoms were obviously improved; the total efficiency was 92.0% in the observed group and 72.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）, without obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： The Bushen Tiaozhou therapy was effective on ovulate in PCOS patients, with safety, and is worthy of promotion.
