世界范围内的航空运输市场的火热促进了飞行技术类学生教育的发展,也推动了我国对飞行学员培训的探索。飞行员资质能力建设质量的高低主要取决于培养源头即飞行学员时期的培养。从严把入学关、养成关以及闭关管理关等关口,整体、全面、系统地对飞行学员进行教育、管理和培训,科学建设飞行员资质能力。
The vigornus development of air transport market in the worhl have promoted the development of flight technical students edueation, and also have tn＇omoled the exploralion of flying cadets training in our countty. The pilot qualifications ability construction depends on the cultivation of the training sonrce that is flying cadets period. To educate, manage and train the flying cadets integrally , roundly and systematically through the pass of the entrance, nurturance shut and closed management, etc. To enhance the quality of education for flying cadets, and construct the pilot qualifications scintifically.
