摘要
在对比分析了国内外飞行员培养模式的基础上,提出在新形势下我国民航飞行人才培养模式的选择与教育创新。
On the basis of training schema analyzing of civil aviation flight crew both at home and abroad, this thesis puts forward the choice and educational innovation of civil aviation training schema in China in the new situation.
