摘要
我国民航初始飞行人才培养现阶段继续以大学学历教育与飞行职业培训并举的模式为主,但这种培养模式存在成本过高,机场和空域资源的限制,过多依赖国际培养等诸多不足。应从改革飞行招生体制,加大政策扶持力度,适当开放空域和机场资源,改革初始飞行人才课程体系,加强校企、民航院校间的合作等方面完善初始飞行人才培养。
In the light of national conditions and economic development, the mode in which academic credentials education and vocational education are taken at the same time will continue to be the mainstream for the training of China's initial flight talent. However, this training mode has many problems at this stage, such as high cost, airports and airspace resource constraints, excessive dependence on international training and so on. We should reform the students recruiting system, increase policy support, appropriately open the airspace and airport resources, reform the curriculum system, and strengthen school-enterprise and inter-institutional cooperation in civil aviation, etc. to improve and complete the initial training of pilot talent.
