摘要
磷是土壤有效成分的重要组成部分,随着经济发展,人类需求也随之增大,人们向土壤中不断的投加化学肥料,宏观上虽然提高了粮食产量,但有大部分的磷元素植物不能吸收,只有极少部分的磷会留下,供植物吸收利用。这样不仅浪费资源,环境也会被污染。解磷菌是一种既可以吸收土壤中的无机磷又可以吸收有机磷的一种微生物,通过自身的新陈代谢将磷固定在体内,最后再排出体外的磷就可以被植物吸收利用。因此,解磷微生物是当前最受关注和最有价值的研究课题,对合理施肥和保护土壤也具有较高的实际意义。

Therefore, the phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms has become a hot area of research, and it also has a high practical value for rational fertilization and protection of the soil.
