摘要 带式输送机为柔性系统,起动过程具有明显的动力学特性和动态响应过程,通过分析带式输送机起动过程及起动曲线,探讨了软起动技术对系统的影响。对带式输送机起动过程中的动力学性能进行分析,提出基于晶闸管组成的软起动器起动方式。设计了基于晶闸管组成的异步电机软起动控制策略,建立蚁群算法PID参数优化模型。基于Matlab的Simulink,对软起动过程进行了仿真分析。 The belt conveyer is a flexible system,indicating obvious dynamic characteristics and dynamic response at starting. The paper analyzes the starting process and the starting curve of the belt conveyer and discusses the effect of softstart technology on the system. The paper analyzes the dynamic performance of the belt conveyer during the starting process,proposes the starting type for the soft starter based on thyristor composition,and designs the asynchronous motor soft start control strategy based on thyristor composition to develop the PID parameter optimized model of ant colony optimization. Based on Simulink of Matlab,simulation analysis is performed on the soft start process.
