摘要
阐述了法治思维和法治方式的相关概念,以广东省江门市蓬江区为例,分析了其近年来化解基层社会矛盾的现状,总结了化解基层社会矛盾的实践经验,提出了运用法治思维和法治方式化解基层社会矛盾的策略建议。
The paper describes the concepts of the legal thinking and modes. Taking Jiangmen as an ex- ample, it analyzes the social conflicts at the grass-roots level in recent years as well as the solutions. It also summarizes the basic experience in resolving social contradictions through practice. Finally, it proposes some suggestions to resolve social contradictions by employing the legal thinking and modes.
