摘要
家具用竹集成材通常选用平压板和侧压板两种结构,笔者选用3种不同的涂料涂饰竹家具表面,通过扫描电镜观察竹片与竹集成材的微观构造、涂料渗透的微观形貌,研究不同涂料对家具用竹集成材渗透性的影响。结果表明:涂料在家具用竹集成材平压板和侧压板渗透性能不同,在侧压板上的渗透性优于平压板;不同涂料在竹集成材上的渗透深度不同;竹集成材表面擦色处理后涂料易渗透,涂料渗透深度明显提高,平压和侧压板分别提高了81%和150%。在实际生产中,可根据家具用途、漆膜要求选择合适的涂料。
With the scarcity of world timber resources,bamboo furniture is becoming an important branch of the industry in the future. As a new type of furniture substrate,the laminated bamboo is widely used and has attracted much attention. The permeability of different coatings on bamboo furniture panel surface was analyzed to provide the theoretical basis for the improving of the performance and the quality of end-product. The permeability of three different surface coatings,namely solvent based PU and NC,and water based PU coating was investigated respectively on flat pressed and side-join pressed bamboo laminated panels. The microstructure of bamboo strips and the laminated bamboo as well as the micro-morphology of the coating penetration were observed by means of SEM. The comparison between micro-morphology of laminated bamboo surface and end surface was analyzed aiming at representing the coating permeability along with the structural changes. The vascular bundle and parenchyma cell of the microstructure of laminated bamboo panels were obviously extruded. The permeability was different between flat pressed and side pressed laminated panels,the latter was better than the former. The depth of penetration of different coatings varied with the type of coatings as well as the type of pressed panels. In the finishing process,the rapid evaporation of solvent of NC resulted in poor permeability in flat pressed. The sensitivity of bamboo on water led to poorer permeability of water-based PU coating. PU infiltration was improved significantly after surface color treatment on flat pressed and side-join pressed panels as well,increasing by80% and 150% respectively. Permeability of side-join pressed bamboo laminated panels was better than that of flat pressed bamboo laminated panels,which would be preferable for face panel or surface board of furniture.
