摘要
分别采用不同比例低分子量混合酚醛树脂和聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合酚醛树脂为改性胶黏剂,制备了碳化竹层积材,研究了不同比例改性酚醛树脂胶黏剂对碳化竹层积材胶合强度的影响。结果表明,碳化竹层积材干态胶合强度在低分子量PF比例10%时达到最大值,比例20%时为最小值,湿强度随低分子量PF比例增加持续降低;而PVA改性PF制备的碳化竹层积材干强度随PVA比例增加总体呈上升趋势,20%比例时达到最大值,5%比例为最小值,湿强度同样随着PVA比例增加呈现下降趋势。
In this paper,we manufactured carbonized plybamboo glued by modified adhesives,which are mixed from different proportion of low molecular phenolic resin(PF) and(PVA),and discussed about the effects of the modified adhesives on the bonding strength of the carbonized plybamboo.The results showed that dry bonding strength value of the carbonized bamboo reached the maximum when the proportion of low molecular phenolic resin was 10%,and touched the minimum when the proportion was 20%.Wet bonding strength value continuously decreased with increasing proportion of the low molecular phenolic resin.By contrast,the dry bonding strength increased with increasing percentage of PVA,reaching the maximum at 20% PVA and touched the minimum at 5%,wet bonding strength decreased with increasing proportion of PVA.
