摘要
为深入研究软弱围岩隧道产生变形破坏的机制及其处治措施,选取四方山隧道为工程实例,分析其产生局部掉块、拱架剪切变形、塌方等病害的特征。在此基础上研究了该隧道产生变形破坏的机制,从而有针对性地提出了相应的处治措施,并利用数值模拟手段对处治效果进行了全面评价。研究结果表明:1四方山隧道产生变形破坏的主要原因在于其受到水平岩层、地应力、地表防排水、人为因素等的影响;2采取加强初期支护及基底锚注加固措施后,该隧道水平、竖向位移得到有效控制,软弱破碎围岩中的节理、裂隙减少,避免了地下水渗入而引起的基底围岩膨胀;3处治后,隧道初期支护结构的水平位移大幅下降,围岩塑性区范围减小,竖向位移大幅降低,隧道处于稳定状态,塌方变形处治效果良好。
In order to study the damage mechanism and prevention measures of the weak surrounding rock tunnel deformation,taking the Sifangshan tunnel as an engineering example,its disease characteristics of the local off-block,arch shear deformation and collapse were summarized and analyzed. Based on the analysis results,the deformation and failure mechanisms of tunnel were studied,and then the corresponding treatment measures were put forward. Furthermore,the numerical simulation tools were used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the treatment effect. The results show that:( 1) the main reasons of deformation and failure are in the effect of horizontal stratum,ground stress,ground surface drainage and human factors;( 2) after adopting the measures of strengthening initial supports and base anchoring-grouting,the horizontal and vertical displacements can be efficiently controlled,and the joints and fractures are reduced in the weak broken surrounding rocks to avoid the infiltration of groundwater which can cause the expansion of base surrounding rocks;( 3) using numerical simulation tools to analyze the tunnel before and after being treated with,the analysis results show that the horizontal displacement of the initial support structure of tunnel dramatically drops after be treated with,the range of plastic zone in surrounding rock is reduced,and the vertical displacement is significantly reduced. Finally,the tunnel is in a stable state,and the treatment effect of collapse deformation is very well.
