摘要 针对畸变信号条件下利用传统小波分解重构算法对非线性负载进行电能计量结果不准确的问题,提出了一种基于最优小波的多小波畸变电能计量方法 .首先,建立电网的简化数学模型并给出了功率信号的数学描述与电能计量方法;然后,根据信号的能量值与信号本身具有特定关系的特点,计算信号基波部分与畸变部分的信息熵评价指标,确定基波部分与畸变部分信号的最优分解小波基;最后,根据电能合理计量方法计算冲击性负载与谐波性负载消耗的功率;仿真结果表明应用信息熵评价指标分别选取信号基波部分与畸变部分的最优小波并对非线性负载进行电能的合理计量其准确度比传统方法更高. To solve the problems of nonlinear load electrical energy measurement inaccurate using traditional decomposition and reconstruction wavelet algorithm under the condition of distorted signal, the article presents a distortion electrical energy measurement method based on optimal multiwavelet. First, a simplified mathematical model of power grid was established and the mathematical description of power signal and electrical measure method were given. Then, according to the specific relationship of the signal energy value and characteristics, the information entropy evaluation indicators of the fundamental section and distortion section were calculated and to determine the optimal decomposition of wavelet of the fundamental sections and distortion section of the signal. Finally, ac- cording to the reasonable electricity measurement method calculate the consumption power of impact and harmonic load. The simulation results show that the electrical measuring accuracy of the nonlinear load is higher than the traditional method, application of the information entropy of evaluation index selection signal of fundamental section and distortion section respectively the optimal wavelet.
