摘要
针对工业过程常规PID控制回路中由于广义被控对象发生变化导致的系统性能退化的现状,针对单入单出控制系统研究了基于脉冲响应曲线的性能评价方法。该方法利用系统单位脉冲响应函数与自回归滑动平均模型Green函数等价的特点,通过对系统常规运行数据进行时间序列分析即可得到系统单位脉冲响应曲线;利用脉冲响应曲线的性能分析系统克服随机干扰的能力,判断当前控制器下系统响应迟缓/振荡。最后将该方法分别应用于仿真过程和工业实际过程验证其可行性和有效性。
For the degradation of PID controller performance in the industry which is due to the change of generalized controlled object,a performance assessment method for SISO control system is studied on the basis of impulse response curve in this paper. In this method,the equivalence between the Green function in ARMA model and the system's unit impulse response function is considered,and then the system's unit impulse response curve can be obtained through time series analysis of the routine running data. The ability of the system to overcome the random interference is analyzed through the system's unit impulse response function,and the sluggish tuning or aggressive tuning of the current controller is then determined according to the information of the system dynamic performance reflected by the impulse response curve. Finally,this performance assessment technique is applied to simulation process and industrial examples,and its feasibility and effectiveness is verified.
