摘要
在京津冀一体化发展、石家庄市行政区划调整的大背景下,以石家庄市城区配电网规划为研究基础,深入分析配电网规划、管理方面存在的问题,提出市政/电网相互衔接、市县电网协调发展的现代智能配电网规划理念,采用"网格化"配电网精准规划方法,建立了目标、组织、策略三维度体系的规划管理机制,高效优质进行配电网规划,最后通过实施成效,验证该规划管理体系的创新性、准确性和有效性。
Under the background of the integration development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region and shibjiazhuang administrative division adjustment,based on the research of shijiazhuang urban distribution network planning,analyzing the existing problems in the distribution network planning and management,in this paper,the modern intelligent distribution network planning concept is proposed on the basis of the link-up municipal / network and the coordinated development of cities and counties grid,and the method of ＂ Grid＂ accurate distribution network planning is used to establish the planning management mechanism of three dimensional system including the goals,organization,policies to proceed the distribution network planning. Finally,through the implementation effect,the innovation,accuracy and validity of planning and management system is verified.
