摘要
法治医院建设是法治卫生的重要组成部分,也是人民群众感受医疗卫生服务的主要窗口。当前,我国在法治医院建设方面还存在相关法律缺失、医务人员法治思维缺乏、公立医院管理体制落后、医院综合服务能力不足以及基层医疗机构违法执业等突出问题。同时,从完善医疗卫生立法、强化法治宣传、建立现代医院管理制度、强化医院文化建设以及加强基层医疗机构监管等五个方面,提出了对策建议。
Constructing the hospital under the rule of law is an important part of the health under the rule of law,and a main window which people can feel the health service.At present,there are lack of related laws in the construction of hospital under the rule of law in our country,medical staff lacking legal thinking,backward public hospital management system,the lack of ability of hospital comprehensive service and illegal practice in primary medical institutions.At the same time,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the medical legislation,strengthening legal publicity,establishing modern hospital management system,constructing hospital culture and strengthening the supervision on primary medical institutions and so on,
