摘要
[目的]探讨HSP60和MMP9在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系,评价HSP60和MMP9在胃癌发生、发展中的作用及其意义。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测HSP60和MMP9在65例胃癌患者手术标本中及在20例相应癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。[结果]HSP60和MMP9在胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为63.1%、67.8%,明显高于在正常组织中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HSP60与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和临床分期有关,MMP9与胃癌的浸润深度、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有显著的相关性,HSP60与MMP9的表达呈正相关(r=0.289 P=0.019)。[结论]HSP60和MMP9表达与胃癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移有关,二者的共同作用可能是促进胃癌恶性进展的重要因素,同时检测HSP60和MMP9的表达水平将有助于判断胃癌的恶性程度及其预后。
[Objective]To investigate the expressions of HSP60 and MMP9 in gastric carcinoma and their correlation with clinical pathological features. The role of HSP60 and MMP9 in the occurrence and de- velopment of the gastric carcinoma was also evaluated. [Methods]The expression of HSP60/MMP9 in 65 specimens of gastric carcinoma and 20 specimens of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohisto- chemical method. [Results]The positive rate of HSP60 and MMP9 were 63.1 % （41/65）and 67.8o//00 （44/65） respectively,which was significantly higher than those in the edge of the carcinoma（P〈0.05）. The expression of HSP60 was associated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and differentiation of gastric cancer（P〈0.05）. The expression of MMP9 was associated with depth of invasion,differentiation, stages and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma（P〈0.05）. Spearman analysis showed significant positive correlation between HSP60 and MMP9 （r = 0. 289, P = 0.019 ）. [Conclusion] The concurrent expression of HSP60 and MMP9 may be an important factor promoting the development of gastric carcino- ma. Determination of the two proteins expression in gastric carcinoma tissues can be helpful to judge the degree of malignancy,metastasis phenotype and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
