摘要
目的:促进我校临床药学教育工作更快更好发展。方法:调研分析基层医疗机构对临床药学人才的需求要求,借鉴国内外临床药学教育的先进经验,综合考虑地方性高职院校的实际情况,对我校的临床药学教育改革发展方向进行探索。结果与结论:地方性高职院校应凭借丰富的基层临床资源和高职医药教学经验等优势,明确临床药学人才的培养目标、改革课程体系、强化药学实践方案、加强师资队伍培养,形成具有地方特色的高职院校临床药学教育体系,为社区、基层卫生单位输送更多的优秀应用型药学人才,为人民群众的健康保驾护航。
Objective： To better develop clinical pharmacy education in our college. Methods： The needs and requirements of clinical pharmacy talents in primary medical institutions were first analyzed. Then, by referring to the advanced clinical pharmacy education at home and abroad and taking into consideration of actual situation of the local vocational colleges, we explore the reform and development of clinical pharmacy education in our college. Results and Conclusion： The reform and development of clinical pharmacy education in our college was explored from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum system, practice scheme and teacher training of clinical pharmacy. Once the locally characterized system of clinical pharmacy education in higher vocational colleges is formed, it can be expected that we can train more pharmaceutical talents for the community-level health units, so as to better serve the public.
