摘要
目的为我国药学工作发展提供参考。方法查阅美国药学工作管理相关网络信息,介绍现阶段美国药学实践的范围。结果美国药学工作范围已从传统的药品调剂、药物咨询、临床药学服务发展到社区、临终关怀中心以及远程药学服务等多方面。结论药学工作范围将逐步扩大,药学服务将在健康保健体系中占据着重要位置。我国应加强适于多领域药学服务型人才的培养与管理。
Objective To provide references for the development of pharmacy practice in our nation. Methods The related network information was searched and reviewed, and the current pharmacy practice range in the United States was introduced. Results The United States pharmacy practice range have extended from traditional drug dispensing, drug consultation, clinical pharmacy service to community and hospice care center pharmacy, as well as distance pharmacy service, etc. Conclusion The pharmacy practice range would be gradually extended, and The pharmacy service would occupy an important position in healthcare system. The cultivation and management of the pharmacy personnel in multiple pharmaceutical fields should he strengthened.
