摘要 室性心律失常是引起心肌梗死患者死亡的主要原因,神经生长因子在心梗后心脏交感神经重构从而引起室性心律失常方面起着重要的作用,本文主要对心肌梗死后NGF导致的心脏交感神经重构与室性心律失常的关系做进一步的阐述。 Ventricular arrhythmia is the main cause of death in patients with myocardial infarction,Nerve growth factor plays a significant role in cardiac sympathetic remodeling after acute myocardial infarction that causes ventricular arrhythmia,This article aimed at discussing the relationship between ventricular arrhythmia and cardiac sympathetic nerve reconstruction caused by model NGF after acute myocardial infarction.
