摘要
目的探讨稳心汤联合胺碘酮、阿替洛尔对冠心病并心律失常患者的临床有效性及安全性。方法选取诊断为冠心病并心律失常的患者200例,依据随机数字表法的原则,平均分为对照组和研究组,每组100例,其中对照组在常规基础治疗的基础上给予胺碘酮联合阿替洛尔口服治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予稳心汤口服,2组患者均追踪观察1年,并观察对比2组患者治疗前后的心功能评分、心电图指标变化情况、临床疗效、中医证候疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果 2组患者的心功能评分、心电图指标、临床症状体征均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05),其中治疗后研究组上述指标变化情况及临床疗效、中医证候疗效和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心汤联合胺碘酮、阿替洛尔治疗冠心病并心律失常患者的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状、体征,安全系数高,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficiency and safety of Wenxin decoction combined with amiodarone and atenolol in treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated by arrhythmia.Methods A total of 200 patients who were diagnosed as CHD complicated by arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group(n=100) and research group(n=100). The patients in control group were treated by amiodarone and atenolol on the basis of routine treatment, however, the patients in research group were treated by Wenxin Decoction on the basis of control group. The patients in both groups were followed up for a year. The cardiac function scores, electrocardiogram(ECG) changes, efficacy, TCM symptom effect and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The cardiac function scores, ECG parameters, clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). And the cardiac function scores, ECG parameters, clinical symptoms and signs, efficacy, TCM symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin decoction combined with amiodarone and atenolol has obvious therapeutic effects in treatment of CHD complicated by arrhythmia, which can improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients, with a higher safety. Therefore, it is worth using widely in clinical practice.
