摘要
与大分子蛋白质相比,小分子多肽不仅具有合成成本低、利用率高、毒性和免疫原性低等特点,还具有高效的抗氧化、抗菌和抗癌等药理作用。本文主要对近几年由天然生物中提取、体外蛋白降解和人工合成得到的小分子多肽及其药理活性方面的有关研究文献进行综述,并简要介绍其未来的发展方向,以期为小分子多肽的进一步研究提供参考。
Compared with protein of high molecular weight, small molecule polypeptide has the characteristics of low synthetic cost, high utilization ratio, low toxicity and immunogenicity, and also has highly effective antioxidation, antibacterial and anticancer pharmacological activities, etc. In this paper, the source of small molecular polypeptide and its pharmacological activities are summarized, based on natural biological extraction, in vitro protein degradation and artificial synthesis. The tread of its future development is also introduced briefly to provide some references for further research on small molecular polypeptide.
