摘要
在线同伴评价不仅可以解决在线学习中超大规模学生评价的问题,而且大量研究表明,同伴评价能够有效促进学习者多方面能力的发展。然而同伴评价的有效性一直受到教育者的质疑,如何提高同伴评价的有效性成为目前亟待解决的问题。本文以现有相关研究为基础:(1)从学习者的学习行为层面分析了同伴评价的特点;(2)论述了同伴评价对学生在认知、学习动机与社交技能等方面产生的影响;(3)从评价主体、评价内容和评价方法等三个方面分析了影响在线同伴评价有效性的关键因素;(4)针对这些因素提出了相应地进行有效在线同伴评价的方法。最后通过实证研究的方法,验证了网络身份标识、详细反馈以及制定具体的评价量规是保证在线同伴评价有效性的重要因素。
Peer assessment is one method to solve issues associated with the assessment of very large number of students in online learning. Research has proved that peer assessment can also help students to improve various abilities. However, the effectiveness of peer assessment has been questioned. How to improve the effectiveness of peer assessment becomes an issue that needs to be addressed. Based on research literatures, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of peer assessment from the perspective of learners' learning behaviors. It then describes the impacts of peer assessment on learners' cognitive development, learning motivation, and social skills. The factors that affect effective peer assessment in online learning are analyzed later from the perspectives of the subject, content, and methods of assessment.Finally, methods to realize effective peer assessment in online learning are proposed. Online identity,detailed feedback, and concrete assessment rubrics are confirmed as the key factors of effective peer assessment in an empirical study.
