摘要
氧化石墨烯是一种性能优异的新型碳材料,具有较高的比表面积和丰富的官能团。氧化石墨烯纳米片表面很容易进行化学修饰键合有机官能团而改变其性质。本文采用Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,将制备的氧化石墨烯通过磺化反应制备出具有酸催化活性的磺化石墨烯固体酸催化剂,采用FT-IR、SEM和XPS等测试技术对其组成与结构进行表征。以制备的磺化石墨烯作为固体酸催化剂用于地沟油和甲醇反应制备生物柴油。通过GC-MS对反应产物组分分析及热值、黏度、酸值等指标测定,证实本实验制备的磺化石墨烯具有良好的酸催化性能。
Graphene oxide is a novel and excellent carbon material with large specific surface. The surface of graphene oxide can be easily modified with organic functional groups to change its properties. Sulfonated graphene oxide solid acid catalyst was synthesized by sulfonation of graphene oxide which was synthesized by Hummers' method. Its structure was characterized by FT- IR,SEM and XPS techniques. The catalytic properties of sulfonated graphene oxide were investigated by using ester exchange reaction of swill- cooked dirty oil and methanol to prepare biodiesel as the probe reaction. The composition of the products analyzed by GC- MS and the results of calorific value,viscosity,acid value and other equality indexes showed that the sulfonated graphene had good catalytic performance.
