摘要
为了进一步揭示秦始皇帝陵园出土彩绘青铜水禽的工艺特征,本文采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析仪对采自14件青铜水禽不同部位、芯骨以及表面补片的27个样品进行了分析研究。分析结果显示,青铜水禽及芯骨、表面补片的成型工艺以铸造为主。在合金成分方面,所有样品显示出了高度的一致性,均为铜锡二元合金,含锡量在9~12%之间。在分析结果的基础之上,结合现有研究成果,本文进一步对秦始皇帝陵园出土青铜器材质特征以及影响材质选择的因素及理念进行了初步的讨论。
This paper presents results of the scientific analyses of 27 samples from 14 painted bronze waterfowls unearthed from the mausoleum of the First Emperor of Qin. The results show that all the samples are copper-tin binary alloy with a tin content of 9-12% made by casting. Based on the analytical results and the published data of related bronzes, this article discusses and explores the features of the bronzes and the factors impacting choice of the alloy composition of bronze objects.
