大学生英语学习者心理词典联想模式研究——以潮-普-英讲话者为调查对象

On the Word Association Patterns in College English Learners' Mental Lexicon——With Chaoshan Dialect-Mandarin-English Speakers as Subjects

摘要 通过对同时掌握并使用潮汕方言、普通话、英语的大学生英语学习者心理词典联想模式的研究,对大学生英语学习者心理词典联想模式的特点及其与双语者心理词典联想模式的异同进行探讨。被试为粤东某高校非英语专业二年级学生,通过词汇联想测试对比被试的潮汕方言、普通话、英语三种语言的心理词典联想反应,发现了一种新类型的联想反应,并将其命名为超语义反应。另外发现,被试在英语的联想中产出的横组合词比纵聚合词更多。其他关于语义及非语义反应的实验结果与现有双语研究基本吻合。 Based on a study of word association patterns in Chaoshan dialect-Mandarin-English speak-ers' mental lexicon,the paper aims to probe into the features of word association patterns of college Englishspeakers and the differences between trilinguals' and bilinguals' word association patterns.Take non-Eng-lish-major sophomores in a university at eastern Guangdong as research objects and a word association task asresearch tool,the study compares the patterns of word association in dialect,Mandarin,and English mentallexicons.The study discovers a new type of word association pattern,which is named sur-semantic association.In addition,the study finds that the objects produce more syntagmatic words than paradigmatic words in Eng-lish word association task.Other results about semantic associations and non-semantically-related associa-tions basically agree with the existing research results on L2.
