摘要
为探明斜纹夜蛾幼虫对食料的适应程度和嗜食性,为开发植物源农药奠定理论基础,采用室内饲喂法研究香蕉叶、芒果叶和花生叶饲喂斜纹夜蛾幼虫的生物学特性、营养指标及几种酶活性的变化。结果表明:以在寄主植物香蕉叶上生长斜纹夜蛾幼虫的发育历期最短(为20.70d)、存活率最高(为33.15%),其在非寄主植物芒果叶上也能完成世代发育;3种处理间斜纹夜蛾幼虫的相对生长率无显著差异,香蕉和芒果处理幼虫的相对取食量和近似消化率明显高于花生处理,但是花生处理幼虫的食物转化率与食物利用率却显著高于香蕉和芒果处理;幼虫的蔗糖酶和海藻糖酶酶活性花生处理显著高于芒果处理和香蕉处理。
In order to investigate the adaptation degree and palatability of P.lituraon food,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of botanical pesticides,the effects of biological characteristics,nutrition indicators and some enzyme activity on P.litura were studied by feeding the banana leaves,mango leaves and peanut leaves in the laboratory.Results:P.liturafed by banana leaves had the shortest development durations(20.70d)and the highest survival rate(33.15%)during the three food.However,P.lituracould also finish its generation development on non-host mango plants.By observing the nutrition effect,relative growth rate was of no significant difference.However,relative consumption rate and approximate digestibility of banana and mango group were significantly higher than peanut group,but food utilization rate and efficiency of food conversion was significantly higher than that of banana and mango group.Determination the enzyme specific activity found that the activity of sucrase and trehalase in peanut group were significantly higher than that of mango and banana group.
